We just released AutoSender 2.5, a new version of our innovative tool that runs on FileMaker Server, and allows you to automatically send mail messages from your FileMaker solutions.

What's new in version 2.5 ?

support for multi-part mixed mail messages that contain both an HTML version and a plain text alternative

support for embedded enclosures in an HTML e-mail, using the cid: (Content-ID) URL scheme

added a preference to automatically clear cached attachments

a status indicator in the Preferences now shows whether the daemon / service is running or not

added a preference to automatically load AutoSender at startup or to start it manually

added timestamp to SMTP log

added support for XML over SSL

complete code clean-up and optimization

AutoSender 2.5 still requires either FileMaker Server 9 (XML) or FileMaker Server Advanced 7/8/9 (JDBC).

AutoSender 2.5 is a free upgrade for users of 2.0.
