Last week we released Clip Manager 3.1.2 for Mac, now the Wndows version has also been updated.

This is a bug fix release:
We just released version 3.1 of Clip Manager. This is mainly a bug fix update, but it also adds some new features, like support for regular expressions.

Download version 3.1 from the myFMbutler downloads page or use "Check for Update" if you are an existing user of Clip Manager.
We wanted to give everyone an update on the compatibility status of our products with FileMaker 10:
Initial testing of our plug-ins (DoSQL, DoScript, PrinterSwitch), have not shown any compatibility issues with the FileMaker 10 platform.
AutoSender 2.5 also seems to work fine with FileMaker Server 10, although we'll be providing a small update that will integrate a new JDBC driver by February.
Clip Manager 3 does have some issues for people trying to 'Get' or 'Set' a custom function with FileMaker Pro 10 Advanced. We will be releasing version 3.1 later this month. This version will also provide a number of other fixes.
We also recently found issues (unrelated to FM10) when using the 'Copy to Clip Manager' function on Brian Dunning's CF web site. Starting with a certain build of Flash 9 and all builds of Flash 10, the copying no longer works. We are currently working on a fix and hope to provide it by next week (actually, we already fixed it today).
We just released version 3.0.1 of Clip Manager. This is mainly a bug fix update, but it also comes with a new application icon and documents icons.

IMPORTANT NOTE for users on Mac OS X Tiger: due to issues with the auto-update mechanism in the previous build, you will need to download and install a new full installer from http://myfmbutler.com/downloads/
Vincent Lugnier is so excited about Clip Manager 3 that he started a blog.
Keep up the good work, Vincent!
We just released Clip Manager 3.0.
We would like to thank all beta testers for the feedback we received during over the last couple of months.
Check out the Clip Manager product page here or download the new release.
We just released a public beta of Clip Manager 3.0, our popular tool that lets you take control of the FileMaker clipboard. It allows you to store FileMaker fields, tables, scripts, script steps, custom functions and layout objects in an easy-to-use library.

What's new in version 3.0?
Clip Manager 3.0 will be available later this year for EUR 59,- or about USD 92,- for a cross-platform license that allows simultaneous use of the product on a Mac and a Windows machine, and EUR 199,- or about USD 310,- for a site license.
The upgrade will be available for EUR 24,- or about USD 37,- for a single user license.
All licenses purchased after June 1st, 2008 are entitled to a free upgrade.
Download the public beta here:
At the FM Summit 2008 last weekend, the first FileMaker conference for the Dutch-speaking FileMaker community, myFMbutler gave a sneak preview of version 3 of Clip Manager.
The product is being rewritten from the ground up, and will feature a completely new interface. Some of the highlights in version 3: it will be a cross-platform Mac OS X and Windows application, will offer better ways to organize your clips, offer smart folders for the Clip History, and will offer color-coding of the clips.
A public beta is expected by DevCon 2008.
If you would like to become a beta tester, just send an e-mail to cmbeta@myfmbutler.com
We are very excited to announce the release a Clip Manager 2.0 today.
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all those of you who sent us valuable feedback during the public beta period !
More info is available on the Clip Manager product page.
You can download a Clip Manager 2 demo here.
If you are upgrading or have already upgraded to MacOS 10.5 Leopard, the public beta of Clip Manager 2.0, which can be downloaded here, is compatible with FileMaker 9 on Leopard.
Clip Manager and FileMaker 9v1 will generally work fine in Leopard (as long as your international formats are set to 'US' - see also FileMaker announces date for Mac OS X Leopard compatibility update).
If you are using Spaces, however, there may be some issues when trying to copy or paste Custom Functions to and from FileMaker, using GUI scripting. In order to make sure that everything works properly, make sure you assign Clip Manager and FileMaker to the same Space, otherwise you may get unexpected results.
